Since launching in 2013, Suffolk Digital has grown into one of Suffolk’s trusted providers of print and graphic design services. Based in Martlesham Heath, between Ipswich and Woodbridge, we serve customers across Suffolk, London and the rest of the UK.

We're proud members of the Woodland Carbon scheme, a great initiative run by the Woodland Trust.

Planting trees in the UK to capture atmospheric carbon. We've been members of the scheme since 2014 and last year we created 24m2 of new woodland at one of the Woodland Trusts accredited UK sites. SD's Managing Director Stuart comments the scheme is successful partly because it's easy to communicate how it works. We pay an additional charge, calculated by the Woodland Trust on top of our paper purchases, which then intern funds the planting of new woodland. We can add the Woodland Trust logo to your artwork as well as calculating the carbon that has been captured in your job to communicate your green credentials.

Recycling Scheme

Do you have old brochure, letterheads or other paper based products that you need recycling? We offer a recycling collection scheme to all current and prospective customers that will ensure the paper is recycled rather than ending up in landfill. Please call us to arrange.

Recycling Your Printed Materials

Many businesses accumulate outdated brochures, stationery and marketing materials. Our recycling service helps organisations dispose of unwanted print responsibly while reducing waste sent to landfill.

We have to keep some information about you, so we can process orders and carry out work on your behalf. This information includes, names, email addresses, postal addresses, billing addresses telephone numbers and possibly other information about you. This data is held securely and we have electronic, managerial and physical security processes in place to protect this data.

Data Storage and Security

We are committed to holding your data securely, all our data is held on a private UK based server network, which is firewall protected. Data is not held on laptops or personal computers and our team have briefed on the importance of GDPR. In addition to electronic and managerial processes we have in place we physical safeguards at our work premises have been installed to ensure security.

The safeguards we have in place are designed to protect against, but not a guarantee against the loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of personal data.

Select third parties act as our data processors and have obligations to ensure the data you provide is kept securely. Details of these data processors can be obtained by contacting us.

Disclosure of personal data to others

We will wherever possible try to limit the extent of data disclosure or sharing but under certain situations this may occur and we may share your personal details with a third party. The list below details the most common but not exclusive data sharing occasions.

Supplier - Providing services to us to complete or assist with the completion of work.

Delivery - Couriers to despatch and deliver goods.

Credit and debit merchant services - To process payments

We will never sell your data to a third party.

Access to your data and right to erase

You have the right to ask us not to process your data for marketing purposes at anytime. Our E-newsletter will always have an unsubscribe link.

You have the right to access, we will be happy to provide full details of the data we hold on a persons individual data and this can be arranged by contacting us. We will also honour the right to rectification if any of the data we hold is incorrect.
