We despatch all orders within 48 hours and charge a flat fee of £5.99 on all deliveries, within the UK (additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
    Orders are delivered via our courier company APC, when your item is shipped you will automatically receive the tracking details for your items. This is a ‘signed for’ courier service.

    International Shipping – We do send items abroad for customers and are happy to arrange this, but please get in touch for a price.

    Storage and Warehouse Management
    For some credit account customers, we offer a storage and warehouse management service, sending out stock items as required. If you would like to find out more information about this service please contact us.

    There is the option for you to collect orders free of charge if you prefer and our opening hours are 9:00 until 17:45

    What is your delivery lead time?
    We aim to despatch all orders within three working days, if you require items to be despatched within two working days you can upgrade your order at the time of purchase. Deliveries are dispatched on a next day ‘signed for’ delivery service.

    Is VAT included?
    Not all items of print are subject to VAT, some promotional items such as flyers, leaflets, booklets, magazines and brochures are exempt from VAT. All the prices on our website are excluding VAT, once you have added the item to the cart the additional VAT will be shown.
    If, after you place an order, we consider it to be any item which is subject to VAT we will then send you a VAT invoice. We’re very happy to look at artwork to asses whether the item is liable to VAT before you place an order.

    Will I be sent a proof?
    Yes, we send PDF proofs for all orders. It is very important to take time to thoroughly check artwork before uploading and when you receive a PDF proof. We do not take responsibility for any inaccuracies in your artwork.
    Please contact us if you would like a printed proof prior to production, we are happy to accommodate this but there will be a small additional cost.

    Can you help with artwork?
    Yes, we have our own design team and are very happy to design items from scratch or to modify existing artwork. Please get in touch, we’ll asses what’s required and send you an estimate.

    Do you provide bespoke quotations?
    We certainly do. The items listed on our website are only a fraction of the items we offer. We can also print and supply much larger quantities and sizes than are shown on our website. If you need a particular stock or require a particular finish we have the ability to help. We can also accommodate Spot Pantone printing, Gloss UV and foiling requests.
